About us
Most companies hiring contractors in Latin America are big corporate machines — layers of approval, a number for a name, a clock to punch. We're the opposite, and we mean it. Bell & McCoy is small, family-run, and built around real relationships. We don't do titles for the sake of titles or meetings about meetings. Everybody here — our team in the United States and our teammates in Colombia and Costa Rica — is treated the same. You won't be "the contractor." You'll be part of the crew.
We invest in our people first. We help you learn what you need to learn to be the best at your work, and we invest just as hard in the relationship — the part most companies skip. A few times a year we bring you to the United States to work and play with the whole team, meet the customers and partners we serve, and see firsthand what we build.
